Role Description


This is a contract on-site role for a Claims Manager located in Greater Cleveland. The Claims Manager will be responsible for managing the claims process, including reviewing, processing, and resolving insurance claims. Day-to-day tasks involve claims handling, claims management, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing. The role also involves working closely with insurance providers and other stakeholders to ensure effective claims resolution.

  • Experienced in Claims Handling and Claims Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Claims and the ACA regulations
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
