Position: C Programmer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50 - $120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop coding prompts and responses to support AI training.
  • Evaluate and rank AI-generated code for accuracy and quality.
  • Test AI models to identify errors, inconsistencies, and biases.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model performance.
  • Contribute to improving coding-related datasets and training workflows.
  • Stay current with programming trends and AI methodologies.
  • Document findings and communicate insights clearly.


Requirements

  • Strong experience in C programming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in remote environments.
  • Experience reviewing or evaluating code quality.
  • Interest in AI model training or related workflows.
