The Business Analyst II will report to the Lead Business Analyst.
As the Business Analyst II, you will:
Drive insights that influence business strategy—not just report on data
Identify root causes behind performance trends and recommend actions that improve outcomes
Build and evolve core metrics, dashboards, and analyses that shape decision-making
Partner with product, operations, and leadership to turn data into clear direction
Take ownership of ambiguous problems and push them toward structured, actionable solutions
About You:
3+ years in a data-focused role (analytics, BI, consulting, finance, etc.)
Strong analytical thinker who can go beyond tasks to drive strategy
Comfortable working with SQL to explore and analyze data
Able to communicate insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Self-starter mindset—you don’t wait for direction, you create it
Even Better:
Experience with forecasting or modeling
Python or R experience
Fintech or financial services exposure

This role will be based in the US.
Compensation:
A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary based on the roles location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, candidate location and budget. This range may be modified in the future.
Salary Range: $105,000 - 131,000USD.Employees are also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and equity.
