We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to implement solutions
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments
Support testing, validation, and deployment of new systems or features
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
Basic knowledge of data analysis or programming (Python, R)
Experience in industries like finance, healthcare, or technology
