This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV, for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, support staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and collaborate with leadership to meet organizational targets. Duties include supervising team members, monitoring inventory, implementing operational procedures, and contributing to sales strategies while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in operational management, leadership, and staff supervision
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle inventory management and procedural implementation
• Customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales experience and the ability to strategize and drive team performance toward revenue goals
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and address challenges
• Proficiency with inventory management systems or related tools is a plus
• Experience in the tactical, outdoor, or retail industry is highly desirable
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in leadership or management are a plus
