We are seeking dynamic, strategic Account Managers to join a growing, nationally recognized SaaS/technology-enabled services company. There are two distinct opportunities: one to oversee a portfolio of mid-to-large client accounts and one to focus on a single high-value client account. Both roles are perfect for seasoned account leaders who thrive on driving client success, retention, and growth while collaborating cross-functionally.


Preference will be given to candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.


Role 1:

This role manages a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts, balancing multiple relationships while driving operational excellence, adoption, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary strategic partner across multiple client accounts
  • Build consultative partnerships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Proactively identify risks and develop retention strategies
  • Drive SaaS platform adoption, utilization, and engagement
  • Oversee implementations, system integrations, and service initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Technology, Customer Success, Operations) to deliver solutions
  • Identify and support upsell/cross-sell opportunities and guide renewals


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced managing multiple mid-to-large accounts

  • Strong communicator and problem-solver
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously


Role 2:

This role is dedicated to a single, high-value client account, providing deep strategic oversight, consultative guidance, and high-touch client management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary strategic partner for the client, building executive-level relationships
  • Lead business reviews, strategic planning, and consultative discussions
  • Ensure operational delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual commitments
  • Manage complex implementations, plan redesigns, and service initiatives
  • Act as escalation point for high-priority issues and lead root-cause analysis
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Identify growth opportunities and guide renewal strategy


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced managing a single high-value account
  • Strategic thinker with operational depth
  • Skilled communicator and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
  • Comfortable with autonomous, high-responsibility client leadership


Requirements for Both Roles:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • 4–7+ years in account management, client services, or SaaS/technology-enabled environments
  • Proven success driving retention, growth, and operational excellence
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Remote work capable, with occasional travel (up to 10%)
