- Proposed a new semi-supervise learning model for user-level sentiment analysis by exploiting Weibo's message, emoticon message, and user interaction data.
- Implemented a comprehensive user-level sentiment analysis tool using Python, which is able to provide accurate predictions on Weibo users' sentiment status based on their previous posted messages.
- Integrated the prediction result of three off-the-shelf text-based sentiment analysis tools, emoticon-based classification model, and network-based classification model by SVM, and achieve the accuracy from 55% to 82.1%.
- Analyzed the public's sentiment status on genetically modified food over 54490 Weibo messages posted by over 23227 Weibo users among millions of Weibo messages. -
RNA Regulation Network
- Developed a consensus model for RNA regulation network construction and analysis based on gene expression data.
