Lack of innovation does not mean lack of effort. Today, North Carolina Governor Josh Stein joined Alliance CEO Rob Robinson and Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. CEO Billy West on a tour of the Smith Family Behavioral Urgent Care (BHUC) in Charlotte. A BHUC is a community-based option to help people in crisis. Visitors to a behavioral health urgent care center have access to a team of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other trained staff in a safe and respectful setting. https://cstu.io/9d35d5

Thanks to an innovative collaboration between two units at FPG, stronger and more expanded behavioral health resources will be available for youth and families across the state of Virginia.
