Focused on supporting Wells Fargo diversity strategy by leading nearly 1,000 employees of the DFW area through professional development, community outreach, and diversity recruiting.

Chapter Advisor for Delta Sigma Phi SMU Lambda Chapter

Board of JPMC Adelante Diversity Business Resource Group. Led a number of roles including Chair of Adelante Tri-State’s Board, Chair of Texas Board, and National Adelante with JPMC's Hispanic Executive Forum (HEF) to interface with firm's Latino Managing Director HEF Leaders. Led over 6,000 employees in support of the firm’s diversity strategic pillars for professional development, community volunteerism, and recruitment for diverse talent.

* Strategic business management and oversight of Achieve Management, Inc. (Budget of $5MM), which consists of a foundation, a community service program to assist families and individuals with disabilities, and includes a MSO that strives to be the leader in best practice not-for-profit’ management services in Tampa Bay.
* Member of 5-member Board of Directors responsible for management, oversight, strategy, leadership team selection, and financial fiduciary responsibilities.
