Going through this H1 study and noticed that consumers and lenders reported a high number in losses for 2024 related to fraud: 29% of consumers said they lost money from email, online, phone or text messaging fraud in the last year, costing a median amount of USD$1,747 among those surveyed in 18 countries and regions USD$3.3 billion in lender exposure to synthetic identities in the US for auto loans, bank credit cards, retail credit cards and unsecured personal loans at the end of 2024, an all-time high https://lnkd.in/d6tS5d8T

Nailed it. There’s a right and wrong way to think about playbooks. The WRONG way is one rigid script you force on every deal. That might work in SMB where cycles tend to be straightforward by design — but it falls apart fast in Enterprise. The RIGHT way is having a few solid plays at each stage and knowing when to call each one. Enterprise deals shift too fast, too often, for a single path to work. You need options, pattern recognition, but most importantly reps who can 'read the room'. Don't let your playbook be a limiter. A portfolio of plays is how you win.
