Hosting Solutions and Library Consulting (HSLC) issued two Requests for Proposals on January 30, 2026, on behalf of the Office of Commonwealth Libraries in Pennsylvania. Both RFPs are for software services, and seek proposals for a statewide catalog and interlibrary loan system, and custom coding solutions related to e-card and e-book services in POWER Library (www.powerlibrary.org).
