“Simon is one of the few professionals working in the private sector who has the knowledge and experience to effectively address global workforce issues to the higher education community. He is an extraordinarily talented and articulate speaker/presenter whom I have worked with for several years at international conferences for NAFSA: Association of International Educators and recently, at the University of Minnesota's innovative Career Integration conference. He also was a major contributor to a book chapter I authored on "employer perspectives on international education." Simon is highly knowledgeable about the match of student expectations of their international education experiences to the needs of the global workforce. He has consistently received high praise from higher education professionals who have heard his presentations. They find his presentation of data and discussion of global forces impacting their work with students who plan to study abroad has significant value.
