    The main purpose of this research was to determine the performance of bus route 2C and quality of intra-urban bus services in Dhaka city.
    The parameter used to detrmine the performance of bus route 2C (Mirpur-14 to Motijheel) includes traffic volume study, roadway capacity, speed study, Level of Service (LoS).
    The quality of intra urban bus service has been measured through acceptability index, waiting time, travel time and impact score technique.
