We’re proud to announce the closing of Bartow County, Georgia’s Tax Allocation District Number 3 Senior Convertible Capital Appreciation Revenue Bonds (Highway 411 Corridor Development Project), Series 2026. This $49.8 million financing will fund essential public infrastructure to support Phase I of the Aubrey Lake development, a transformational mixed‑use and industrial project near Cartersville, Georgia. Proceeds will help deliver new roadways, utility systems, sewer capacity, and other infrastructure needed to unlock more than 2,400 acres of planned development, including future residential neighborhoods, commercial uses, and large‑scale industrial space. These improvements will play a critical role in driving long‑term economic growth and expanding the County’s tax base. Congratulations to Bartow County, Hines, and our team of working group partners who helped bring this important financing to completion. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support a project that will shape the region for decades to come.
