“I work for Rob Nostro at D+H and feel fortunate to have him as my boss. Rob is supportive, responsive, collaborative, tactical and strategic in his approach to management. Rob is consultative and makes everyone in the group feel valued. Working at D+H can be challenging because we work in a heavily matrix management environment and Rob is excellent at getting buy-in from resources who don't report to him. Rob has always been available when I need something. He has an ability to focus in on the issue at hand and takes active steps to work on a resolution. I feel very lucky to work for Rob and have learned a lot from him. He has a generosity of spirit that is rare in a manager and will do what it takes - to the best of his ability - to get me what I need in order to succeed at my job. I cannot recommend Rob highly enough, he is an amazing manager and I really enjoy reporting to him. ”
