🚨 Are we preparing people for the AI-orchestrator era or still training them for the headcount era? In the first 9 months of FY 2025–26, India’s top IT firms added a net total of just 17 employees. Reports from Computerworld and NDTV Profit highlight how hiring gains in some companies were almost completely offset by large reductions elsewhere bringing the net addition across the industry to nearly zero. This isn’t a temporary slowdown. It’s a structural shift.
