What started as a way to relieve coding capacity constraints has turned into something much bigger at Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois. They are showing what it looks like when Arintra is used to support and elevate teams, not replace them. A few numbers that really stand out: 1. Live autonomous coding across 10 specialties 2. 50K plus charts processed per month 3. Workload equivalent of 8 FTE coded monthly 4. Coders freed up to focus on complex claims, denials, provider education, and revenue integrity work 5. Continued strong ROI with over 5.1 % revenue uplift The biggest takeaway for me is the people impact. This is about giving coders more time to work at the top of their license while still delivering meaningful financial results. 🧭 State Update Series: Minnesota Minnesota’s home care ecosystem is entering a major compliance cycle. If you are a home care agency, PCA provider, or a software vendor in the state, these EVV changes will shape your 2026 operations. ✅ EVV Compliance Thresholds for 2026 Minnesota is rolling out new visit verification requirements • January 1, 2026 → 50 percent of all billed visits must be EVV verified • July 1, 2026 → EVV compliance rises to 80 percent Agencies with low EVV adoption or inconsistent documentation will face higher claim risks. ✅ HHAeXchange Enrollment Is Now Mandatory All Minnesota providers must enroll in HHAeXchange (HHAX) even if they already use a third-party EVV system. HHAX will serve as the statewide aggregator, and all visit data must flow through it to stay compliant. Delays in enrollment may lead to data mismatches, billing issues, and payment delays. ✅ Accurate Visit Data Matters More Than Ever Every visit must capture all six required EVV data points • Service type • Client • Date • Location • Caregiver • Start and end times Missing any one of these creates downstream billing and validation problems. ✅ Billing and EVV Alignment = Competitive Advantage With higher thresholds ahead, agencies that align EVV data with their billing workflow will prevent denials, reduce rework, and increase clean claim rates.
