Excited to see our President, Chief Product Officer - SAP Customer Experience and Consumer Industries at SAP Balaji Balasubramanian, featured in Forbes discussing how connected data is a must-have in retail. Balaji’s insights on the “dark data” challenge faced by 51% of U.S. brands resonates deeply with SAP Emarsys and our customers.
