Great to see Allan Thygesen’s leadership and vision reflected in this conversation with Shilpa Phadnis and The Times Of India during his recent visit to Docusign India. The article talks about how Docusign is making a significant pivot, with a AI centered playbook: 👉 From documents → to data 👉 From signatures → to intelligent workflows 👉 From static agreements → to AI-driven agreement intelligence What makes this even more exciting for us is the role India is playing. India is not just participating in this transformation—it is a key hub for building the future of Intelligent Agreement Management, across AI, data platforms, and workflow orchestration. We are just getting started 🚀. Jennifer Christie https://lnkd.in/gK8CAa7J

Thank you to Product Rebels where I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Vidya Dinamani and Heather Samarin. Product is one of the hardest roles at any company. So I was excited to share my thoughts on financial fluency for PMs, market validation best practices, and changing org culture to view product as a company’s greatest asset. #AIJourneyWithMaheshRaja post #8 its been a while I wrote on my core ( AI ) Most of you know that like in any organization we at Conscendo paving our way to become an AI driven organization on par with Industrial paradigm shift that is happening, We too feel the pressure of "AI FOMO ( Feelingof Missing Out )." We see the headlines and feel we need to implement something immediately. But rushing in without a roadmap often leads to failed POCs and, more importantly, lot of invalid learning and may be a risk-scoring of breach of customer trust Here are my three main takeaways on how to approach AI the right way: 1. Identify Bottlenecks, 2. Plan for Fool proof Trust Layer 3. Nominate an AI focal point in the organization 1) In my experience with AI, The most successful AI implementations don’t start with the technology; they start with the team on the ground, check "Where and What are our bottlenecks", 2.) If AI team can’t guarantee that our proprietary data won’t be used to train public models, the risk to our brand is too high. 3) Appoint an AI Champion AI isn't just an "IT project." It requires a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) who understands both the business goals and the technical limitations. Without a dedicated champion to navigate the "hallucinations" and refine the outputs, projects often stall at the demo stage. Let’s stop racing to be first and start racing to be the most reliable. I’m curious to hear from my network-are you currently testing AI in your workflows? What has been your biggest hurdle so far? #ArtificialIntelligence #SMB #DigitalTransformation #BusinessStrategy #Leadership #AIAdaption #Salesforce #ConscendoTechnologies

Building an AI platform for industrial supply chains is genuinely hard. Every enterprise has a different mess: different ERPs, different supplier relationships, different ways of doing things that have been working for 20 years, and nobody wants to touch. Animesh Srivastava gets that. He's spent 20+ years building things that had to work in the real world, not just in controlled conditions. From IIT Kanpur to founding companies, he has scaled products across India and the US. Excited to have him as CTO at Moglix on a mission to take Indian manufacturing to forefront of technology #Moglixhaina #Cognilix #AI #SupplyChain https://lnkd.in/gnsBUkHs

Remote energy sites often face long lead times and high risk when critical parts take months to arrive. In this blog post, Slalom experts Josh Hirshman and Karn Gupta explain how additive manufacturing (AM) at the edge is changing the equation—bringing 3D printing closer to operations, reducing reliance on global logistics, and strengthening supply-chain resilience. Most teams don’t struggle with AI agents because the technology is immature. They struggle because prompting is not treated with design discipline. An agent prompt is not a single instruction. It’s a system of assumptions, constraints, and decision rules. When those aren’t explicit, reliability breaks down fast. That’s why two teams can use the same models and get completely different outcomes. This guide breaks down how to design agent prompts the way operators design systems. Intentionally, repeatably, and with scale in mind. Full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/gzhuQgRW #Agents #Prompting #AI

Grateful for the opportunity to speak at GAI World on a panel moderated by the incredible Luda Kopeikina and alongside two inspiring leaders, Sharna Sattiraju and Neha Shah. Each of us shared how our companies are leveraging AI in unique ways to drive innovation and impact. I had the opportunity to speak about how we at SimpliSafe are applying AI to enhance safety and security in people’s everyday lives. As our moderator Luda Kopeikina so powerfully said: “AI success requires more than algorithms. It’s about building robust systems, yes—but equally about building trust, governance, and culture. The winning formula is: focus on high impact cases, start small, show value, empower champions, create excitement and scale responsibly. Technology may be moving fast, but people, education, and trust remain the real accelerators.” I couldn’t agree more. Responsible, human-centered approaches are what will ensure AI drives positive impact in our communities. Grateful for the chance to share ideas, learn from such thoughtful women leaders, and highlight the meaningful role AI can play in building a safer future. #AI #WomenInAI #Leadership #Innovation #GAIWorld

Agentic AI is not for automation. That's the core message Somil Gupta and I explore in our latest piece for ManufacturingTomorrow.com. Traditional automation doesn't scale. Every new process needs custom workflows, rigid rules, and constant maintenance. When operations change, automation breaks. AI agents are fundamentally different. Think of them as digital workers, not automation tools. In industrial operations, there's a persistent gap between strategic vision and ground-level execution. Plant managers spend enormous effort translating board strategies into actionable tasks and managing exceptions that fall outside standard workflows. AI agents bridge this gap by understanding context, making autonomous decisions, coordinating multi-step workflows, and learning from feedback. They operate in that critical middle layer where human judgment has traditionally been irreplaceable. When you design around roles instead of workflows, the questions change: - What responsibilities should agents own? -How do they collaborate with humans and each other? -What governance keeps them aligned with business goals? At Kovant, our platform creates autonomous agents as digital employees for supply chain operations, with Mission Control providing the human oversight that keeps them effective and accountable. Companies that embrace agents as workforce members, not just efficiency tools, will fundamentally outperform those that don't. Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/dNsQCU2R Would love to hear from operations leaders on how you're thinking about this shift. #AI #kovant #agents #manufacturing

Accidents are tragic events, but can one learn from them and design driving systems and software that could safely and robustly avoid such events in the future? This blog attempts to answer this question and also starts to define a methodology to extract information from such accidents for simulation-based V&V of the driving software.
