AWS FOR CLOUD/SRE SUPPORT Over the years, AWS has been the backbone of how I’ve designed, deployed, and operated production systems at scale ☁️⚙️ My work with AWS has always started with strong infrastructure fundamentals. I’ve built and managed VPCs, subnets, security groups, IAM roles, and routing to ensure environments were secure, isolated, and predictable from day one. Getting networking and access control right early eliminates a large class of production issues later 🔐 On the compute side, I’ve used EC2 with Auto Scaling to support high-traffic workloads and EKS to run containerized applications in a controlled, scalable way. Kubernetes on AWS allowed teams to standardize deployments, roll out changes safely, and scale services without manual intervention 📦📈 Storage and data reliability were equally critical. I’ve relied on S3 for durable object storage, backups, and data pipelines, along with EBS and EFS for stateful workloads that required predictable performance and persistence 💾 Observability has been a major focus of my AWS work. Using CloudWatch, CloudWatch Logs, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk, I’ve built monitoring and alerting that helped teams detect issues early, reduce MTTR, and respond to incidents with real data instead of assumptions 📊🚨 Automation tied everything together. With Terraform, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure changes and application releases became repeatable and auditable. The goal was always the same: fewer manual steps, fewer surprises, and safer production changes 🔁 For me, AWS hasn’t just been a cloud provider.
