HOLA ERG provides professional and social networking opportunities for Microsoft full-time employees who are part of, or interested in, the Hispanic and Latinx (H&L) community. Iasa Global is a non-profit association dedicated to advancing the architecture profession through best practices and education.

As President of the Iasa Chapter in Spain, Pablo led a community of practicing architects to promote professional excellence in IT architecture. His responsibilities included organizing advanced programs such as roundtables, workshops, and conferences, conducting Iasa certification boards, and promoting the IT Architect career path.
