About

I'm a technology executive with 20+ years of global experience. I'm currently Managing Vice President at Capital One, leading Card Partnerships and Trade Credit Technology — after 11+ years at Amazon across supply chain, payments, and security.

I thrive at the intersection of tech, business, and science, innovating on behalf of customers to deliver impact and sustainable growth. I refuse to accept trade-offs — I invent around them. I'm passionate about building and developing teams, and the relationship work that comes with it: partnering across functions and earning the trust of the people I work with.
I became a manager more than a decade ago. It didn't take long to see how much a leader's choices ripple through people, teams, and organizations — for better and for worse. That stuck with me. Helping others get better at this work has been one of my real motivations ever since.
Part of how I do that today is on LinkedIn, where I've built a community of 90K+ professionals — and write to them weekly on leadership, management, and career. I've been honored as a LinkedIn Top Voice (Blue Badge) and ranked #1 LinkedIn Arab World Creator in Management and Leadership.
Outside of work: anything automotive, especially F1 (Forza Ferrari!). I love sports — playing and watching. I collect fragrances, train hard with a focus on strength, and I'm into food at every level — from learning about it, to exploring new cuisines, to cooking and hosting people I love.
