We run an invited-only Mobile App Acceleration Camp (MAAC), providing deep technical and business session for 43 people previously selected and identified as highly influential in the ecosystem. We run an invited-only Mobile App Acceleration Camp (MAAC), providing deep technical and business session for 43 people previously selected and identified as highly influential in the ecosystem. Just to give an example, 80% of these developers attended Campus Party 2014 giving lecture, debating at panels, promoting workshops, and training sessions for 8k developers and geeks. To spread the news, we gathered players such as Startup Farm, Brazilian Association of Startups and Demo Brazil to support the Brazilian first MAAC. These associations touched over 10k people and promoted over 50 events last year. A team of judges reviewed over 30 projects and selected 17 to attend the event, resulting in over 40 attendees, among business decision makers and developers. We had 10 prominent mentors in mobile scenario giving technical and business support for each project. A cross-collaboration effort among Microsoft DPE, Nokia Institute team and Nokia resulted in over 80 hours of support, helping developers to created global impacting apps for Windows. Show less

We show the Visual Studio environment with a Tic-Tac-Toe game in C programming language, Windows Phone App Studio, Kinect controlling robots with Arduino and many other things.
The feedback was great, we heard children say they would do what they did here in Microsoft… Show more
