As part of our continued commitment to empowering HBCU students, Wells Fargo recently hosted the Atlanta Falcons HBCU Fellows for a powerful conversation on financial empowerment at the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE). Students from Spelman College, Morehouse College, and Clark Atlanta University engaged with leaders across industries—from sports and entertainment to brand management and finance—gaining insights to help shape their future success. It’s inspiring to see how this program continues to foster meaningful learning experiences and open doors for future growth. #WeAreWellsFargo

As part of our focus on workforce development, we’re announcing that @Bank of America invested nearly $40 million in 2025 into U.S. workforce skills, job training and career pathways. Since February is Career and Technical Education Month, it’s a great opportunity to reflect on our commitment to prepare and equip American workers with the skills they need to forge a strong economic future. Last year alone, we worked with more than 100 colleges and over 600 nonprofit partners across all of our U.S. markets, investing into local job skills programs that support employers who need skilled workers and the next generation of talent. Workforce development partners estimate that collectively, these investments contributed to approximately 86,400 workers getting connected to livable‑wage jobs and provided 265,000 people nationwide with access to training, education and career readiness programs designed to position them for long‑term career success. This progress is significant – and just the start.
