I am still energized from last week's #GCCXHyderabad event. Thank you 3AI and HYSEA for bringing leaders from the industry like the OG of GCCs - Lalit Ahuja along with several others to share their deep insights.   Here were the Key Takeaways from the event that resonated the most with me:   * Adopt a Cofounder Mindset: Leadership in today's GCCs means shifting from mere execution to true ownership and innovation. The target maturity needs to be set from top-down but embraced bottom-up. * Empower Your Teams: Create one unit - call them pods/squads that is capable of creating anything and everything and takes full ownership - let them own the full gamut of tasks and not just code — from requirements to building to QA to DevOps and so on. Help teams see the big picture—explain the "what" and "why," not just the "how." * Progress Over Perfection: Only 15% of AI experiments make it to production. Instead of chasing perfection, help your teams ship more often. * Data Before AI: Your AI is only as good as your data. Invest in robust data foundations to amplify your AI ambitions. * Monitor, Listen & Adapt: Put the right tools in place to track productivity gains from your AI adoption. Regularly engage with teams to uncover what's working, what's not, and help move the needle on real challenges. * Never Stop Upskilling: Bring in early talent, create a top-notch enablement plan, champion continuous up-skilling, and practice internal mobility - which means lower costs, greater loyalty, and deeper tribal knowledge. * Strengthen Academia Partnerships: Bridge the talent gap by collaborating with academia to help them keep pace with the rapid tech innovation. * Human-Centric Leadership: Empathy isn’t optional—make it the foundation of your culture. * Innovation as the Organizational DNA: Make innovation your default mindset. With co-located and cross-functional teams across tech, product, support, professional services, customer success, marketing, legal, rev-ops and sales, the impact is direct and transformational. The goal of a GCC shouldn't be to gain independence from the HQ; the focus needs to be to drive purposeful, aligned innovation with business context and global goals.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐤𝐞 In a recent conversation with M365 Copilot 🙂, the artichoke emerged as a metaphor for growth and transformation - its layered structure symbolizing the journey of peeling back emotional defenses to reach authenticity and connection. In the workplace, feedback is essential - not just praise, but constructive insights that challenge us. Yet, receiving such feedback can be uncomfortable. If you're someone who struggles with it, you're not alone. Often, our emotional responses outpace our reasoning, leaving us unsettled. During my engineering studies, we learned that feedback loops in control systems enable machines to adapt their operations to meet performance targets. Applying a similar analogy to humans in professional environments, feedback is often perceived as criticism rather than recognized as a mechanism for alignment and growth. From personal experience, I’ve learned that facing harsh feedback requires courage. But when you recognize these perspectives as reflections of your blind spots, they become opportunities for self-discovery. You begin to gain clarity in your thinking, deepen your personal growth, and foster more genuine connections - with both yourself and those around you.

#AIJourneyWithMaheshRaja post #8 its been a while I wrote on my core ( AI ) Most of you know that like in any organization we at Conscendo paving our way to become an AI driven organization on par with Industrial paradigm shift that is happening, We too feel the pressure of "AI FOMO ( Feelingof Missing Out )." We see the headlines and feel we need to implement something immediately. But rushing in without a roadmap often leads to failed POCs and, more importantly, lot of invalid learning and may be a risk-scoring of breach of customer trust Here are my three main takeaways on how to approach AI the right way: 1. Identify Bottlenecks, 2. Plan for Fool proof Trust Layer 3. Nominate an AI focal point in the organization 1) In my experience with AI, The most successful AI implementations don’t start with the technology; they start with the team on the ground, check "Where and What are our bottlenecks", 2.) If AI team can’t guarantee that our proprietary data won’t be used to train public models, the risk to our brand is too high. 3) Appoint an AI Champion AI isn't just an "IT project." It requires a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) who understands both the business goals and the technical limitations. Without a dedicated champion to navigate the "hallucinations" and refine the outputs, projects often stall at the demo stage. Let’s stop racing to be first and start racing to be the most reliable.
