  • Trauma Activation Algorithm for Phoenix Children’s Hospital

    - Present

    Using python and Apache Spark to develop an algorithm to optimize hospital triage of possible trauma patients, in collaboration with Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Arizona State University. Following agile methodology and various other project management tools like Taiga and Slack. Tasks include requirement gathering, written documentation, algorithm design and actual development.

    Developed a web application using Spring MVC, Java, Bootstrap and jQuery. GrQL is a graph query language that queries a graph. Developed its grammar, semantics, intermediate code generation and the runtime environment required for it.
