Angela Henry knows her stuff! Every time I talk with her, I learn new tools. If you are interested in new ways to help people experiencing OCD, check this out! While I don't work specifically with OCD, I find OCD tools helpful when working with high performers looking to move away from belief systems and behaviors that reflect an outdated version of themselves. There is a lot to learn from OCD protocols that may get your gears turning even if OCD isn't your specialty.
