Here’s how to build a consistent marketing machine that brings in new business — even when you're sleeping: ✅ Step 1: Create One Lead Magnet This could be a simple PDF: “5 First-Time Buyer Mistakes to Avoid in [Your City]” or “Your Mortgage Cheat Sheet – Know What the Banks Don’t Want You To Know.” Use a free tool like Canva to make it pretty. Keep it short and punchy. ✅ Step 2: Build a Landing Page Systeme.io, Leadpages, or even Linktree. Doesn’t have to be fancy. Just needs: A headline that speaks to the pain An opt-in box A thank-you page with your calendar link ✅ Step 3: Post About It Daily Talk about the problems your lead magnet solves. Examples: “Want to avoid the #1 mistake first-time buyers make?” “I made a free download to help people stop wasting money on the wrong mortgage.” Don’t post once and pray. Post every day with different angles. ✅ Step 4: Put the Link in Your Bio Or in every email. Or your social image captions. Or your business card. Or all of the above. ✅ Step 5: Follow Up Once someone downloads it, follow up with a short email or DM: “Hey, thanks for grabbing the guide. Did it help?” Simple. Direct.
