United Ways of California reached another Data Interoperability innovation milestone today (https://lnkd.in/gRrrrwA9.) Data Interoperability is a detail oriented, multi organization effort to pass JUST the right amount of data on a person, to help better coordinate social care for the least privileged. We then need to establish precise specifications, unique to Care Use Cases. We were so pleased to be the first to work with Connecting for Better Health – the CA industry collaborative – on a referral data payload for Housing Support. For Dean Ian Williamson of the University of California, Irvine’s (UCI) Paul Merage School of Business, industry and academia need to do more than partner together: They need to co-design the curriculum. “We have expertise around how to create learning environments. However, we’re not always clear on what exactly we should be training, and we may not always have access to the latest tools either."
