🆕 The California Strategic Growth Council has released new Tribal Technical Assistance Guidance in its Technical Assistance (TA) Toolkit. The guidance is designed to help state agencies and funders deliver more effective and equitable TA to California Native American Tribes. It provides background on the state’s relationship with Tribes, core principles for collaboration, best practices for Tribal-specific TA programs, resources to strengthen engagement, and a Tribal-focused glossary. 📢 Funding + Support for Out-of-School Time Programs in Oregon Oregon Community Foundation is inviting proposals from out-of-school time programs to join a three-year, program quality improvement Learning Community. Selected programs will receive $25,000–$40,000 per year in general operating support while engaging in a structured learning cohort focused on strengthening program quality.
