Old-School Investigations vs. Modern Shortcuts Technology changed how investigations are done. It didn’t change how they should be done. Old-school investigators worked with: – legwork – verification – documentation – patience Modern tools are powerful but only when paired with discipline. Databases don’t replace judgment.
