Having data in your company knowledge base is one thing, but without proper organisation or tagging, knowledge is difficult to find - even with AI! A company serious about maintaining and expanding enterprise knowledge needs to have at least one knowledge manager or a team to keep things tidy and updated. #KnowledgeManagement
