Every AI agent demo looks magical. Then you deploy it to a real Salesforce org with 340 custom fields, 12 record types, and validation rules written by someone who left in 2021. I've watched the same pattern play out across the industry: Agent works perfectly in sandbox. Agent meets production data. Agent creates 400 duplicate records before anyone notices. The gap isn't intelligence. Every LLM is smart enough. The gap is context. Production orgs have tribal knowledge baked into every validation rule, every Flow, every naming convention. No AI model learns that from a schema crawl. The teams shipping AI agents successfully aren't the ones with the best models. They're the ones who spent 3 weeks mapping the org's unwritten rules before writing a single prompt. Boring work. Nobody demos it. Nobody tweets about it.
