By developing and executing centralized and cohesive sales and marketing strategies, Destination MIAMI will generate economic development for the Miami Dade County through…

    Destination MIAMI serves as the lead division of the Minority Chamber of Commerce to successfully manage and market South Florida as a premier global convention, EB 5 Visa opportunities, tourism and special events destination, with a special emphasis on the trade, economic, investments, cultural and historical communities. By developing and executing centralized and cohesive sales and marketing strategies, Destination MIAMI will generate economic development for the Miami Dade County through tourism and business meetings, where is projected through us in 10 million dollars in services and purchases. In 2012, visitor spending totaled $6 billion, representing more than $662 million in new tax dollars for local governments. Miami Dade welcomed a record 17.9 million visitors in 2012 -- a number that tops the County’s previous record of 17.4 million total visitors, set in 2011

Among the prominent events associated with this organization, Minority Chamber of Commerce has celebrated the success and contributions of minority owned businesses for over 15 years. MBADVC is managed on a volunteer basis and includes representatives from members, partners and staffing of the Chamber as well as several major large technology and construction companies, and corporate executives.
