The system further includes a network server supporting a downloadable service configured to receive the capabilities object from the mobile device, to generate personalized downloadable service content based on the information in the received capabilities object, to provide the personalized web page content to the mobile device, wherein the personalized downloadable service content is configured to access the at least one hardware component or software component on the mobile device.
