🚫 Salesforce isn’t a “clicking tool.” 🧠 It’s a business system. The biggest mindset shift I ever made with Salesforce was this: Most people ask: 👉 “Which button do I click?” Systems thinkers ask: 👉 “What decision is this system supposed to support?” Salesforce isn’t just a CRM. It’s a configurable operating system for how work flows through an organization. Here’s how systems thinkers approach it 👇 🔹 Data Model = Reality Objects represent real things the business cares about. If an object doesn’t support a decision, it probably shouldn’t exist. 🔹 Process = Flow of Work Automation isn’t about convenience—it’s about preventing failure. If a human can forget it, the system should handle it. 🔹 States Matter Every record is always in a state. Good systems enforce what must be true before that state can change. 🔹 Guardrails Beat Training Validation rules > SOPs Permissions > Hope Well-designed systems reduce errors without extra meetings. 🔹 Metrics Must Trigger Action If a dashboard turns red and no one knows what to do next… That metric is noise, not signal. 🔹 Design for Change Salesforce should evolve without breaking trust, data, or teams. Scalability and governance aren’t “nice to have”—they’re survival skills. 💡 Bottom line: Admins click. Architects design. Systems thinkers build Salesforce to capture decisions, enforce policy, and create clarity at scale. Allowed operations (you can perform them any number of times): Pick one element from arr2 and insert it either at the front or back of arr1. Once an element is used from arr2, it must be deleted from arr2. After inserting, you can add the inserted element’s value to any element of arr1. 👉 Goal: Maximize the maximum subarray sum of arr1 after applying optimal operations. Example idea: arr1 = [1, 3, -5, 2, 2] arr2 = [2, 3] After optimal insertions and additions, maximize the best subarray sum. 🧩 Problem 2: Shortest Path with Teleports (Salesforce Interview) You are given a 2D grid where: . = empty cell # = obstacle Uppercase letters (A–Z) represent teleport portals Rules: From any cell, you can move up, down, left, right If you step on a letter cell, you can instantly teleport to any other cell with the same letter Teleporting does not cost a move Each portal letter can be used at most once 👉 Goal: Find the minimum moves to go from the top-left to the bottom-right cell. If not possible, return -1. ⚠️ Reality Check These are not medium-level DSA questions.
