“I had the privilege of working with Chris Fay during my role as Partner Manager for Autodesk. From my very first conversation and meeting with Chris – I was struck by his curiosity, his openness to listen, his ability to learn, understand and incorporate new and different concepts, and s to take feedback and suggestions on potential different ways of working. As a leader – Chris is honest, filled with integrity, and loyalty (to his customers, his team, his partners, and the companies he works with). One of the attributes I admire the most about Chris is his methodical way of building and working a plan. He is data-driven, he is passionate, but he is not impulsive. He measures success by metrics, analytics, and the effort of those around him. As a business leader - he uses strategy fueled by experience, and complemented by a curiosity to try new things in an effort to improve the current state. He has a deep wealth of industry experienced which helps give his team a leg up on understanding what can actually help customers, and bring value to their efforts. As a leader and a partner in business – he leads with ethics and holds himself accountable to the highest standards. He conveys information with intent, clarity, and his passion to do the best job possible is infectious. At the end of the day - he leads his team and their efforts to win as a team – based on value – rather than just leading with a price. In my years of working and development – I learned a great deal from Chris and his organization - all of which helped me to grow and mprove in the role I was in (as a colleague and as a person). Working with Chris and his team – was a pleasure and a great learning experience. If you have a chance to work with TPM and Chris – you should jump at the chance. You will learn a lot, you will benefit from the experience, and you will be glad you did. ”

Imagine thinking there’s nowhere left to turn, and you discover a place that can help. Now imagine you are not alone. As an abused child, spouse or sexual assault victim, you meet others just like you who overcame the unspeakable things that happened. That’s exactly why the Julie Valentine Center is here, to help people in your shoes. Our inspiration comes from an infant who was found deceased in a wooded area here in Greenville on a cold February day in 1990. The police named her Julie Valentine. Adopted by the community, her legacy has become a symbol of hope for those who have survived rape or child abuse.
