Had a great time sitting down with the Julian & the GovCIO team to chat through how the DoD is leveraging tech, and the challenges it is facing with implementing new technology. Fundamentally the challenges I'm seeing across the board are Legacy infrastructure - Outdated systems that resist modernization Data silos - Incompatible systems that can't communicate effectively and are difficult to integrate. Security and compliance barriers - Risk concerns that block AI deployment in critical applications AI literacy gap - Lack of understanding about AI capabilities, applications, and risks Curious to hear if this resonates with folks in the space!
