There's no one more well-versed in the science and data behind retail crime than Read Hayes, PhD, Executive Director of the Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC). I’m grateful for the recent opportunity to share insights with CNBC as part of its “Make It” series. It’s always energizing to reflect on what really makes a difference at work.
