  • Agentforce Deal Execution Engine: Agentic Revenue Accelerator (ARA) - Autonomous SOW & Quote Generator for Salesforce

    Designed and delivered an autonomous Agentforce workflow that streamlines the proposal stage in Salesforce Sales Cloud. When an opportunity moves to Proposal, an AI agent automatically assembles a complete Statement of Work using structured CRM data and a curated internal knowledge library. The agent then generates a Salesforce Quote, prepares the outbound customer email, and routes the quote for human approval.

    Once approved, the agent sends the quote and tracks customer engagement in real time. The agent updates both the Quote and Opportunity stages to Pending Customer Review, creating an end-to-end automated loop that accelerates deal progression without sacrificing oversight or compliance.

    This project demonstrates hands-on experience architecting AI-driven business processes, implementing safe agentic automation, and deploying Agentforce in a way that delivers measurable efficiency gains for sales teams.
