It was great to speak with CIOs and IT executives to discuss "The Leadership Test of AI" at @MITTechnologyReview's #EmTechMIT 2025 last week. My session focused on "Crossing the 'AI Chasm' to Enterprise Adoption" where I shared that in order to move from pilots to true enterprise-wide scale, we must build a bridge centered on critical elements such as: - Governance & Standardization - Security & Trust - Data Sovereignty This drives the responsible expansion of human capital and productivity with AI - a challenge #Celestica embracing to help our customers as they navigate this important evolution. This was such a fun podcast to record for #AIOPs corner. Rosalind Radcliffe is not only is technically top drawer with her #mainframe knowledge, but having spent time stewarding the #IBM CIO’s office through a large modernization project, she has a unique insight into the challenges facing customers together with which solutions do and don’t work. This is a must listen for anyone looking to modernise their mainframe operations.
