Through a mobile-enabled, cloud-based platform, caucus results were accurately, efficiently and securely transmitted. More than 95% of the caucus results were captured in four hours, resulting in terrific feedback from the parties and media.

The service is designed to help these highly targeted customers protect themselves from cybersecurity threats. Notification in the event of a verifiable threat or compromise by a known nation-state actor against the participant’s O365 account and, where possible, the impacted individual if a registered Hotmail.com or Outlook.com account associated with the organization. IR and remediation guidance if a compromise is confirmed.

We built an IP (software) to efficiently ingest big data, standardize, and perform analytics with scale. After the election cycle, I led the effort to transfer the IP to campaign ISVs, one on each side of the aisle, (D & R).
I negotiated the terms with lawyers on both sides, worked with the BD team and ISVs to finalize the gives and gets. We were able to successfully transfer the IP to ISVs partners, the IP (bits) will be used to bring new innovations to campaign market by ISV partners. Ahead of last week's India AI Impact Summit, one of the largest conferences, Vinod Khosla, respected VC and co-founder of Sun Microsystems, sparked a debate with his prediction that IT and BPO services will disappear in the next five years due to AI. The Indian IT services industry has already seen a $50 billion market capitalization loss in 2025 due to growth uncertainties. Recent AI plugin launches with prospects of automation raise questions about the necessity of traditional IT services, as Agentic workflows begin to replace conventional IT systems. Phil Fersht elaborated on this topic, referencing a blog by Vijay Vijayasankar, emphasizing that the transition will not be straightforward due to procurement inertia, buying behavior, and the continued need for human involvement. Moreover, it will be an evolution just like for all other industries, rather than a collapse. Phil says: Vinod is correct about the velocity of change, while Vijay highlights the constraints that exist. It is clear that IT and BPO companies must adapt to capture budgets shifting toward Agentic applications rather than relying on SaaS or traditional app development. While I agree with all above, I would like to add that securing AI budgets is not straightforward. A notable trend is that enterprises are increasingly inclined to conduct AI development in-house, driven by employee enthusiasm for building AI skills. AI app-dev is not mundane work to outsource, it is becoming a core and critical competency to develop inhouse. This shift towards in-house development means less reliance on outsourcing. Additionally, traditional IT and BPO service companies need to adjust their expectations regarding profit margins, as maintaining high profits of 20+ percentage is no longer feasible. One former CEO of an IT services giant reiterated that profit margins is the first priority of the IT services companies. This is a critical time for research and development, skill-building, and competitive sales and they become often a victim to aggressive expectations in profits. Hill, N Patel, Sergei Rapoport, Dabis Camero, Abhishek Edla Ashok bringing lived experiences and challenges from across the globe. Key takeaway: real-world use cases show how biased models can widen disparities. In just 50 minutes, this group mapped pain points and tangible fixes across stakeholders: developers, deployers, regulators, payors, and customers—from representative data and inclusive design to bias monitoring, human-in-the-loop evaluation, and accountable deployment. Great lineup of events in Massachusetts coming from the Massachusetts AI Coalition over the next few weeks. Why do IRL events matter? Three reasons: 1.) You'll get more practice building with AI and learn about AI, 2.) You'll meet all of the great founders & operators in Boston at their companies in case you decide you want to work at them, 3.) You'll make friends. A community of friends is a powerful community. A community of zoom aquaintances is no community at all. By meeting people in real life, you have the opportunity to connect on what each other are building, yes, but you'll also learn about each other's personal lives... hobbies... interests... families. You will make friends. It sounds cheesy, but to build a vibrant community, you have to care about the people beside you. Put in the work to get out into the community and the friends will come. Request to join an event. Your older self will thank you for it. We'll see you out there my friends. There is a burgeoning industry providing AI to healthcare. Lots of companies are claiming AI-powered features and plenty of independent AI-specific applications being built. At Raintree we recognized two things a while ago: 1. AI will transform the Rehab Therapy industry. There are many use cases that will lead to better outcomes for patients and significantly improved economics for providers. A win-win for a critical sector of the healthcare industry that is increasingly important to the health and longevity of humanity. 2. True AI, built natively within the healthcare system of record (EMR) is far superior in terms of its potential capabilities than independent AI software interfaced into an EMR. The ability to utilize the full data set of a healthcare company in realtime while simultaneously assisting and powering workflows directly is just radically better when the technology is natively built and embedded. As such our vision for Raintree is to be The AI-centric EMR platform for the Rehab Therapy sector. Over the past year or so we have: 1. Built the leading AI Center of Excellence staffed with brilliant AI engineers out of some of the premier AI research institutions in the world e.g. Cornell, Duke etc. 2. Acquired a therapy-specific AI company that we felt was significantly leading other AI companies in our space 3. Built true AI capabilities into our product. This is just the beginning for Raintree. Very soon AI will transform every aspect of the experience of our system from patient, to front office, to clinical, to billing and the back office. We can’t wait to transform the Rehab industry for the better for everyone. Ben’s article highlights some of our thoughts in detail about why native AI is so transformative.
