Indiana’s healthcare workforce needs have never been greater and neither has the opportunity to prepare students for meaningful, high-demand careers that serve our communities. With 16 outstanding programs and more than 8,000 graduates each year, Ivy Tech’s School of Health Sciences is helping meet one of the most critical workforce challenges facing our state: training the next generation of healthcare professionals. And we are not standing still. We are expanding access and opportunity, launching new programs like the Occupational Therapy Assistant cohort in Anderson — soon to be one of only two such programs in Indiana — and welcoming Sellersburg’s first Therapeutic Massage cohort. Across Indiana, our students are achieving extraordinary outcomes: ✅ 100% certification exam pass rates in programs like QMA, CCMA, CNA, EMT, Phlebotomy, and more. ✅ A continued 100% job placement rate in Radiation Therapy, with many graduates hired even before completion. ✅ Statewide recognition, including two programs honored with the 2025 CTE Awards for Excellence from the Indiana Commission for Higher Education. These results are more than numbers; they represent lives changed, communities strengthened, and a healthcare system better prepared for the future.
