I've been coaching baseball since 2002 in both Inhouse and Traveling as an assistant and Head Coach

I 've been volunteering coaching the youth in Basketball in both Inhouse, Traveling and AAU as a assistant and Head Coach. I am also on the Basketball Board and run the Traveling Tournament for the organization as well

I have been coaching youth football since 2002 in our community Football League as an assistant and Head Coach and also a AAU assistant Coach

I've done several volunteer spots for Feed my starving children over the years

Evaluations, Raising Funds
•Tournament Director will be required to evaluate the tournament after the event is concluded. The evaluation will determine what aspects went well and what aspects need improving in order to update and improve the job descriptions of the tournament director and other staff members for the following season.

Outcomes
•In running a successful tournament, the tournament director should have the ability to reach numerous outcomes. Those outcomes include the following:
