“As a summer intern Amanda was truly an asset to IPC"s Product Management Team. She was able to conceptualize complex issues and recommend a logical and efficient plan of action. Her independent thinking and unmatched initiative would make her an asset to any organization.”

First place in Boston College Venture Capital Competition.
Boston College Venture Capital Competition
As part of the Boston College Venture Competition, I worked in a group of 4 to develop a full business plan for a girls shoe company. Our business plan was selected as a top 10 entry and we were given the opportunity to present our idea to a group of judges including successful Boston College alumni and venture capitalists from both Blackstone and Highland Capital, among others. My Savvy Shoes tied for first place in the BCVC, granting a monetary prize and invaluable connections.
