Compensation information is available when viewing the Talent Pool Report in LinkedIn Talent Insights. This data is based on similar roles, companies, and regions, and is inferred using LinkedIn salary data collected from pay data added by hirers to job posts.
When you generate a Talent Pool Report and set the Location filter to the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom, the Overview tab displays a compensation summary in the Compensation section on the right side of the page. The summary includes the average total compensation and the average compensation range. The compensation information is displayed in USD by default, however you can change the default currency based on your preferences.
