The available admin permissions for LinkedIn Talent Insights are Full Admin and Sub Admin.
As a Full Admin, you can:

A Full Admin can designate users as a Sub Admin. The Full Admin can select what capabilities each Sub Admin will have. Depending on what’s selected by the Full Admin, a Sub Admin can:
