When you generate a Talent Pool Report, you can view the number of recent graduates from different universities in the Recent grads column within the Education tab. This helps you to identify emerging talent and make informed recruitment decisions, especially if your company is seeking fresh graduates with up-to-date skills. By default, recent graduates are those who have listed a degree end date within the past five years on their LinkedIn profile. You can define the Recent grads range to view graduates from specific years within the last five years.
To define the Recent grads range of your Talent Pool Report:

Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Insights homepage and select Settings.

Click the dropdown next to Recent graduates definition and select the years you want to include in your recent graduates group.
- Note: The blue section indicates the range of graduation years you want to include.

Click Apply.
