As a Full Admin in LinkedIn Talent Insights, you can resend an invitation or provide a new activation link to a user who hasn’t activated their Talent Insights license. Activation links expire after 30 days.
To resend a Talent Insights invitation:

Click your profile picture at the top of your Talent Insights homepage and select Manage Users in Admin Center from the dropdown.

On the Users tab, use the search bar in the upper-right corner to find the user by name, email, or title.

Select the user from the search bar dropdown to open their Talent Insights profile.

Click the Licenses tab.

In the Status column, click the
Envelope icon next to Invited. -
In the Resend invite email dialog, choose one of the following:
- Copy invite link to share the activation link directly with the user.
- Send to resend the email invitation.
The user will receive a new invitation email (or a direct activation link) and can complete their Talent Insights license activation.
