LinkedIn Customer Communities for Talent and Sales Solutions

The LinkedIn Customer Communities are sites that customers can use for free to ask questions about LinkedIn Talent and LinkedIn for Sales products, share best practices with other customers, and submit product ideas to help inform the product roadmap.

The Talent and Sales Communities are public sites that anyone can access regardless of Community membership. However, in order to post, view and participate in Community discussions, submit product ideas, and register for events, you will need to create a free Community account.

When creating a Community account, keep in mind:

  • A LinkedIn profile is required to create a Community profile and you will be prompted to sign in to your LinkedIn profile when registering for either Community.
  • LinkedIn’s Customer Communities are hosted by Community software from Gainsight.
  • When you create an account, you’ll be asked to grant permission for Gainsight to use certain information. Gainsight may use this information to service the Community experience that LinkedIn creates, and as described in its privacy policy.
  • LinkedIn may use your LinkedIn profile, Community information, and your Gainsight activity to inform enhancements to the platforms and contact you with information related to LinkedIn's products and services.
